Technical Product Manager |
|
This is a technical Product Manager position. Successful candidate will be
ultimately responsible for the product life cycle, customer satisfaction, and
product marketability. Candidate must have solid technical background, acute
business sense, and excellent communication skills. The Product Manager is
expected to represent the product and the company in various environments and
conditions. The Product Manager is expected to work with senior management,
sales, customers, and technical team to conceptualize, define, and document the
requirements for a wide variety of client server, mobile, and web based
products. |

- 4+ years experience in product management preferably with high tech or Internet
operations
- Extensive knowledge in business application and web designs
- Solid business operations experience
- Bachelors degree and/or excellent complex problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Project Management Professional Certification encouraged but not required
- Minimum of mid level .NET, HTML, MS-SQL, ASP.net, and XML development
experience
- Expert level hands-on experience with MS-Office
- Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred

Support Engineer |
|
As a Field and Support Engineer, you are responsible for the following: |

|
- Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and support software and hardware.
- Conduct training sessions at customer facilities.
- Work independently and diligently to complete assigned tasks with minimum
supervision.
- Seek help and support from team members and management when necessary.
- Keep team members and management informed of progress, activity, and customer
status.
- Coordinate and process incoming orders and equipment.
- Identify product improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company and its best interest whenever possible.

- Solid Microsoft SQL knowledge
- Solid understanding of XML

- Willingness to travel (35% ~ 45%)
- Eager and fast learner
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

|
As a Software Engineer, you are responsible for the following: |

- Design, program, test, install, train, troubleshoot, and support software
applications
- Gather and document customer and engineering requirements
- Evaluate and integrate various 3rd party hardware and software
- Work independently and diligently to complete assigned tasks with minimum
supervision
- Seek help and support from team members and management when necessary
- Keep team members and management informed of progress, activity, and knowledge
- Notify and work with management to resolve any job related difficulties
- Represent the company and its best interest whenever possible

- Extensive Microsoft VB.NET programming language knowledge
