Edward Chen, Managing Director
Edward is the founder and Managing Director of Biometrics4ALL; he is also the
designer of the company’s products. Prior to founding Biometric4ALL, Edward was
the Livescan and AFIS Product Manager for Printrak, A Motorola Company. Edward
has personally managed several multi-million dollar AFIS and Livescan projects
at county, state, and federal levels. He also has extensive knowledge of AFIS
and Livescans both from integration, operation, and management perspectives.
Additionally, Edward has developed, analyzed, designed, managed, and marketed
enterprise software applications for over 16 years, and some of the applications
he designed are being used by millions of users worldwide. Edward has a Master
Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. |

Piet Lesage, VP of Sales and Business Development
Piet’s primary responsibility is to establish solid partnerships, pursue
strategic opportunities, and establish a sales infrastructure. Prior to joining
Biometrics4ALL, Piet was the General Manager for the Biometrics Division of
NevenVision Inc., a facial recognition software company that was purchased by
Google. Prior to NevenVision, Piet was the Sr. VP Worldwide Sales, Operations
and Implementation for Digimarc, Inc. (a secure credential company that produces
70% of all driver licenses in the US) and VP Operations and VP International
Business Development for Motorola, Inc. Integrated Solutions Division. Piet has
a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from
University of Ghent, Belgium. |
