1: CALIFORNIA'S #1 PEER SERVICE PROVIDER (PSP):
Biometrics4ALL officially
launched our Cal-DOJ Certified PSP service in August, 2006 with our own server software technology
and server is hosted at a highly secure Tier 1 data center. Our proprietary server
PSP solution delivered exactly what we had hoped, it offered useful features,
valuable transaction status updates, consistent uptimes, and highly beneficial
integrations with our wide selection of LiveScan solutions. These benefits
helped us to add more private service providers to our network faster than any
competitor and surged us to the top. We are proud to state that Biometrics4ALL
has now surpassed all other PSP in the State to claim the #1 spot.

2: AVOID CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Some PSPs also offer direct
fingerprinting services, which ultimately directly competes for your business
and livelihood. Biometrics4ALL is a technology company, thus does not offer any
direct fingerprinting services. Rather, we put our focus on technologies that
will help you to thrive as a fingerprinting service provider. These new
features and technologies are delivered to our customers automatically as a part
of the maintenance plan.

|
3: EXPERIENCE DOES COUNT: Biometrics4ALL has invested over 60,000 hours
of software development into our products, which makes us one of the most
experienced companies among all of the PSP providers. In addition, as most of
our customers can attest, we REALLY listen to our customers and we continue to
add features that directly help our customers’ business and their bottom
line.

4: AVOID FINGER POINTING: Since technology is often multi-faceted Since technology is often multi-faceted and in
the case of PSP service and LiveScans, it also relies on the unpredictable
Internet infrastructure; therefore, it would not be unusual to find at times
solutions are difficult to identify or explain. As you can imagine, you do not
want to be stuck in the situation where your LiveScan company points a finger at
the PSP, and the PSP points a finger at the LiveScan as the cause of a problem.
Furthermore, since many PSPs do not actually manufacture their server software,
they often have no insight to better explain the problem. This is why it is
important to pick a company who has deep understanding and control over both the
PSP server as well as the LiveScan system.
