We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and intellectually curious recent graduate (0-2yrs from a top-tier university) to join our Customer Support team at Biometrics4ALL. Beyond providing excellent front-line customer support, you’ll jointly help identify and drive operational efficiencies, communicate strategic insights, with our senior leadership group for the GTM function (Chief of Staff, Director of Customer Success, Support Manager). This person will be critical to helping drive culture and process change from the bottom-up.
