At Biometrics4ALL, we build innovative identity solutions that help safeguard communities and power efficient operations for government, law enforcement, schools, hospitals, and youth sports.

We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and intellectually curious recent graduate (0-2yrs from a top-tier university) to join our Customer Support team at Biometrics4ALL. Beyond providing excellent front-line customer support, you’ll jointly help identify and drive operational efficiencies, communicate strategic insights, with our senior leadership group for the GTM function (Chief of Staff, Director of Customer Success, Support Manager). This person will be critical to helping drive culture and process change from the bottom-up.

What You Will Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support. Resolve customer issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Elevate systems and processes. Observe, analyze and provide actionable feedback on our support systems, software, and processes. Regularly brief senior leadership on operational insights, areas for improvement, and new ideas to improve customer support practices.
  • Collaborate across functions. Collaborate with teammates in Finance, Sales, and Engineering to learn and adopt new practices.
  • Own metrics that drive exceptional outcomes for customers. Contribute to establishing and maintaining the tracking of key metrics that drive outcomes for customers including response times, quality of responses, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates.

Who you are

  • Recent graduate from a top university with 0-2years of professional experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and career ambition. 
  • Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal format. 
  • Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to identify patterns and propose new ideas. 
  • Curious to gain broad business exposure and early opportunities for leadership initiatives.

Hiring Conditions

  • Competitive salary of $25 per hour.
  • Full-time, onsite position in Irvine, CA. Candidates must reside in or near Orange County.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. 
  • No Visa sponsorship or Practical Training applicants will be considered due to our government contracting work.
