At Biometrics4ALL, we build innovative identity solutions that help safeguard communities and power efficient operations for government, law enforcement, schools, hospitals, and youth sports. 

As we scale rapidly into new opportunities, we’re hiring a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, systems, and execution. This is a critical leadership role overseeing procurement, compliance, and the full finance function—from FP&A and accounting to audit and banking. You’ll partner with the executive team to implement scalable financial infrastructure, support M&A activities, and manage investor requests, all while building a high-performance finance team. 

What You Will Do 

• Lead the Financial Strategy. Design and execute a financial roadmap that supports growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. Provide decision support across budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. Lead M&A due diligence and support debt financing activity. 

• Oversee Core Financial Operations. Direct accounting, FP&A, banking, government compliance, procurement, and audit functions. Manage a fast and accurate close process and oversee day-to-day financial activity. 

• Build the Finance Function. Manage a small but high-impact team. Hire, coach, and define future roles as the company scales. Establish clarity, consistency, and accountability across all financial operations. 

• Implement Scalable Systems. Overhaul the company’s banking and finance tech stack to enable greater visibility and operational efficiency. Leverage tools like QuickBooks and introduce new platforms as needed. 

• Champion Financial Visibility. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor financial health and support leadership decision-making. Align spend, hiring, and investments to growth targets.

Your Background 

• 8+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting roles with team leadership experience. 

• Strong experience managing financial operations including budgeting, procurement, risk, insurance, and audit. 

• Track record of leading M&A due diligence, debt financing, or capital stack planning. 

• Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, financial modeling, and compliance (including with government contracts). 

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and comfort with evaluating/implementing new tools. 

• Experience working in a remote, fast-moving company environment. 

• U.S. citizenship (required for our government contract work).
