Our small and mighty team thrives on delivering high-impact solutions. We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven RFP & Marketing Writer who can shape our messaging in competitive RFPs, engaging marketing content, sales enablement collateral, and thought leadership pieces.

What You Will Do

• Produce Winning RFP Responses
  • Own the full proposal process from start to finish—researching RFP requirements, crafting persuasive content, and revising submissions based on feedback.
  • Ensure every proposal speaks directly to client needs, exudes professional credibility, and meets strict deadlines.
• Elevate Marketing Content
  • Develop persuasive marketing materials—including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional brochures—that align with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock insights that inform more compelling, audience-focused storytelling.
• Drive Sales Enablement & Collateral
  • Create high-impact sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product briefs that empower our sales team to close deals.
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales stakeholders to refine messaging, highlight unique value propositions, and stay ahead of market trends.
• Champion Thought Leadership & Editorial Strategy
  • Lead editorial planning and content calendars for blog posts, whitepapers, LinkedIn articles, and other external publications.
  • Position Biometrics4ALL as an industry authority by blending research, trend analysis, and compelling storytelling in each piece.

• Creative Adaptability: Whether it’s a formal RFP response or a social media campaign, you tailor style and tone to match each platform and target audience.
• Forward Thinking: You anticipate future challenges or content gaps and propose solutions, adding value at every step.
• Collaboration & Communication: You gather insights from multiple teams—Engineering, Sales, Marketing—to sharpen the quality of your writing and boost cross-functional success.
• Calm Under Pressure: You juggle multiple deadlines and channels without losing focus or sacrificing quality.

Your Background

• 8+ years supporting C-level executives or senior/managing partners in high-performance settings.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Irvine, CA to collaborate closely with the CEO and team.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (required for our government contracts).
• 5+ years of proven experience writing RFP proposals, especially for government agencies or similar formal procurements.
• Demonstrated high RFP proposal win rates—with the ability to craft thorough, deadline-compliant submissions.
• Strong grasp of communication and marketing principles—including audience engagement, persuasive messaging, and brand continuity.
• Experience creating sales enablement tools (sales decks, one-pagers, product briefs) and thought leadership initiatives (blog posts, whitepapers, external publications) is highly desired.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into straightforward language.
• Solid understanding of MS Office and a willingness to learn new collaboration or writing tools, including generative AI tools.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required, given our government contracts.
